Justin oversees the day to day operations from estimating to project management, project controls, safety, and resource management. Some of the roles Justin has held throughout his career include COO at his past company and division manager while at Strike USA. His 10+ years of industry experience are focused on improving operational efficiencies through communication and the latest available technologies. Justin graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Joshua has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He started in the field and worked his way up to the superintendent level before leading the Maintenance and Integrity division with his last company. He also has over 20 years of experience in different construction trades outside of oil and gas where he specialized in civil and building construction. Josh manages and coordinates teams for the pipeline, maintenance and integrity, and small facility divisions within PWUSI. His operational roles include team and project management, client relations, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, safety, quality control, and project execution.
